Hi Everyone.
I’ve been playing with the Javascript Geolocation API on my
iPhone and I’ve set up a Safari home page that sends the
co-ordinates of my iPhone to my server whenever the browser
is started so I can see where it’s being used. All in
Javascript, no need for the SDK or a dev license.
Looking forward to seeing you at Ajax Pub Nite to see
what you’ve been up to.

Wow, Future Ruby has sure been the talk of the town this week.

Yes indeedy, although it is Canadian Thanksgiving Monday, we are meeting at the Rhino as usual on October 13th at 7pm for the Ajax Pub Nite. Looking forward to seeing you all there!
That’s right folks, it’s time for another edition of Ajax Pub Nite!
Come join us at an excellent neighborhood pub for a pint while we discuss web application development, JavaScript, web standards, and whatever happened to “remote scripting”.
There is no price for admission, but there are likely to be several eeePC laptops on hand to take advantage of the free wifi (with at least one more than usual, since I picked one up last month 
!). There is bound to be something going on you would not want to miss!
